The sprawling novel is set against the backdrop of two seminal events: the 1857 Sepoy Mutiny, and the Bengal Renaissance. The age offered interesting contrasts. A society, stuck in medieval culture and ethos, was on the cusp of change, inspired by the values of European enlightenment. I have read this book more than six times, and I can't get over this one.

I purchased this collection of early learning books for my niece. They are very good books, the pictures are quite large, and the pages are thick so that she doesn't tear them easily. She truly loves them and enjoys seeing them. She carries these books everywhere along with her, and it makes her happy and me as well.

Richard Feynman was a Nobel Prize-winning American physicist, known for his contributions to quantum physics and he was part of the Manhattan Project of US for development of the nuclear bomb. I read his books when I was in the college way back in—1980's. The way he has explained physics is fantastic, and anyone can understand the basics of physics. The book covers all topics of Physics. After college, I purchased the book as part of my collection as I keep refreshing my knowledge whenever I get some time—a wonderful book.

In this book, Nikita Singh’s writing style is very poetic. Her words have music, and the emotions and passion with which her narratives delivered are truly commendable. Her ability to understand and express human insecurities, shortcomings and the deepest of feelings from the darkest corners of the heart is worth applause. This book is about a heartbroken girl Nidhi. It is my personal favorite since I could relate to it. I love this book.

If you've been reading Chetan Bhagat for so long, this is a breath of fresh air for you. Even though the protagonist feels like a typical Chetan 'five-point-someone' average joe, he has written a good murder mystery with a nice tadka of romance and humor. I bought it many years back, and I do recommend this book.

As I read a lot of nonfictional books, I thought of trying a fictional thriller this time, and this storyline just amazed me. The book paper quality is excellent usually, I have received online order books, sometimes paper quality is very poor or missing sheets, but this particular book packaging was great and, I received a free bookmark as well.

I have read many books and articles related to Mahabharta, and I must say that this particular book, Jaya by Devdutt Pattanaikis the best of all. The Narration style is very detailed and specific just by using simple English. He explained all important events in the course of Kurukshetra with realistic examples. I would highly recommend it to all those who love to read mythological books.

I picked up this book when I joined Philips way back in 1985. A lovely book for every manager. It teaches you how to manage problems. How to discourage juniors from passing on the buck to their managers. It gives practical examples of how to handle such cases. A must-have book in your library

It is a book that professes the beauty within oneself, how much self-acknowledgment and self-acceptance means. It's about the life of a 40-year-old woman whose work starts to bring immense changes to her, and Rumi, the greatest Sufi poet, the world has ever known in parallel lines with a touch of Sufi mysticism. 40 Rules of love sheds light on the smallest changes we can acknowledge to acquire a love-filled life. It's one of my favorite reads.

Another excellent book that I picked up in the early years of my Job. Anyone who wants to make his career in sales and marketing must read this book. I learnt a lot from this book. It also explains the process of making a decision. It emphasises on how to collect more information before making any decision. Excellent tips for creating a successful career in a company. A good book.
